Please see our web site for further information: www.graftlab.com Candidate Requirements: • Applicants should have at least 3 years of working experience • Scope of work: interior design to high-rise construction and master planning • On site supervision experience preferred • Architectural license preferred • Experienced in Team Coordination • Fluent English skills; Mandarin language skills preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD • Experience with 3d Applications preferred • Good English language skills required Additionally, candidate must have excellent communication skills and effectively participate with a collaborative project design team. Job duties to include: project management of 150 000 square meter development in northern china, team coordination, project coordination, development of construction documents, review of shop drawings, on site construction administration and communication.
