The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and direction to project directors and managers on project planning, resource utilization, risk management and financial reporting. The position requires an ability to independently analyze and research individual projects and lead project review meetings to verify budgets, costs to date and estimated costs to completion. Also needed is a strong understanding of architectural contract documentation, terms & conditions and how they affect the financial position and performance of each project. Candidates should have an architectural, engineering, or project management background; excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent both in English and Mandarin; and strong interpersonal skills with all levels of employees. The ideal candidate may be an accountant with architectural or construction projects management experience. This position offers excellent career opportunities and will be competitively rewarded. RTKL will train the selected candidate at its US corporate headquarters. Full time Experience: 6+ years Education: Bachelor or Master in Architecture, Engineering, or Finance Senior Architect/Project Manager: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design. Requirements include graphic representation, team leadership, fluent verbal and written language skills, interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills required. Full time Experience: 8-12 years Education: Masters in Architecture. Architectural Designer: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design. Requirements include graphic representation, team work spirits, experience in AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, Photoshop, Illustrator; Verbal and written language skills. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills preferred. Full time Experience: 1-5 years Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. |
