The candidate is expected to have experience in Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. - 7 / 10 year min experience on CD and CA works - Knowledge of Chinese high rise building code - Has worked for an international firm and dealt with LDI and local consultants - Experience in mixed use, high rise - English / Mandarin written and spoken - If candidate does not meet these requirements, DO NOT APPLY!!!
