Its solely-owned subsidiary, WITH-IN (Beijing) Limited, was established in Beijing in the fall of 2004 to take up the majority of its China projects. Senior Project Architects 2. Architects / Assistant Architects 3. Research Assistants Place of Work：Beijing Requirements: 1. Qualifications / Experiences： - Applicants for the post of Project Architects should be holders of bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, and with minimum 7 years of relevant experiences. The applicants shall be capable of scheme development, submission and detailing. - Applicants for the post of Architect/ Assistant Architects should be holders of bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture. Priority consideration shall be given to those with 2- 3 years working experiences or graduates from overseas universities. - Applicants for the post of Research Assistants should be holders of bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture. The applicants should be able to assist in various researches in areas of Chinese cities, architecture, building technology/ materials, sustainability, etc., and should be fluent in both Chinese and English languages. 2. Language Capability / Nationality： Fluent in Mandarin, and those capable in both Chinese and English languages shall be given priority consideration. Applicants of any nationality are welcome. 3. Computer Skills： Per the different posts, applicants should be proficient with respective software like AutoCAD, 3DMax/Rhino, Photoshop, Office. 4.
