IBI集团是加拿大大型建筑设计与咨询公司，提供城市规划设计，建筑设计，交通和系统四个领域的服务。 IBI总部设在加拿大多伦多，从1974年成立至今，IBI已在北美，欧洲，中东和亚洲设有37家分公司拥有2000多名专家。IBI集团是一家上市公司，使用IBG.UN的名称在多伦多股票交易市场进行交易。 公司网站：http://www.ibigroup.cn http://www.arbour.ca 工作地点：上海徐家汇天钥桥路永新坊 Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager 建筑师/项目经理 Job Description -Managing and controlling the project -Responsible for designing from project precept to construction drawing -Leading and coordinating team members in project group -Technical and business communicating with clients and other consultants -Budget control -Assist Management in Marketing and Business Development Requirement -Major in Architecture, Urban Planning or related majors -+ 10 years experiences in architecture / urban design -+ 8 years above experiences in project management independently -Fluent bilingual in both writing and speaking -Excellent capability in design, coordination and project management -Skilled at AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe, Microsoft office, 3D Max, etc -Oversea experiences / education is preferred -Excellent communication skill and sense of self-discipline -Dynamic, proactive and good team sprit - 建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历 - 熟悉建筑设计工作流程 - 熟悉建筑设计工作软件CAD、Photoshop等 - 熟悉国内建筑相关规范 - 具有良好的沟通和协调能力 - 具备良好的团队合作精神；能够长期稳定工作 - 十年以上工作经验 - 国家一级注册建筑师优先 Assistant Designer 助理设计师 岗位要求： 1、大学专科学历，建筑学或相关专业； 2、至少1年相关专业工作经验； 4、具有良好的团队合作精神，积极主动地协助设计师参与设计工作； 5、精通CAD、Photoshop等常用软件； 6、有扩初及施工图绘制经验 7、有外资公司工作经验者优先考虑。 Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline; 2.Minimum 1 years relevant experience in relevant fields; 4.Good team player, actively participating in the project course with high expertise; 5. Well-versed in Auto CAD applications; 6. Working or studying in sizable international design firm experience preferred.
