It is a professional architect office with 20 years’ experiences in urban planning, commercial building designing and residential development, and can provide full-scale services. The leadership of HWCD constitutes 15 partners and many directors. The company possess of 200 staffs, which not only provide the services of urban planning and design, but also help the client in commercial development and strategy operation modifications to reach their dreams. After 20 year’s practice, HWCD possess acknowledged talents and business operation system. And, its businesses cover the main components of all the comprehensive development projects during the 20 years. HWCD has designed many high quality residential shopping center, culture facilities, entertainment facilities, monopoly shops, headquarter office building, high-tech park and landmark buildings. HWCD targeted its market in the booming East China, founded its Shanghai representative office in 1998 and set up offices in Nanjing and Hangzhou respectively till 2000.
