| 德国KSP 恩格尔与齐默尔曼 建筑师事务所最初成立于1935，在建筑业已经有70余年的历史。作为多家建筑协会的主要设计单位，KSP恩格尔与齐默尔曼建筑师事务所提供全面周到的服务：从最初的方案设计阶段到施工监督以及所有设施的完工交接。2003年以来，KSP在中国已经设计并实施了包括国家图书馆二期工程、江苏省美术馆在内的多个项目，公司在亚太地区业务迅速发展，现诚聘以下人员若干名： KSP Engel und Zimmermann Architekten was founded in 1935 and earned a high reputation through it‘s over 70-years building practices. As one of the main cooperator of many architect associates, KSP Engel und Zimmermann Architekten offers complete services from the design stage through to the site supervision and turnkey hand-over of complete facilities. Since 2003, KSP has designed and implemented a bunch of projects as National Library China (Beijing), Jiangsu Province Art Museum (Nanjing), and etc. Now the company is under a rapid expansion and we are looking for talented people for the following positions. 经营管理助理： 正规院校本科以上学历；能够协助部门负责人完成市场拓展及商务信息数据的收集、分析、整理工作；具备良好的理解力以及与客户、合作伙伴的接洽、协调、沟通能力；能够熟练使用各种办公及图文排版软件；良好的德语（英语）口语及笔译能力。建筑学、建筑工程管理、建筑经济管理毕业者优先。 Business Assistant Bachelors or above; capable to assist the manager to collect, analysis and sort business information to develop the market; good comprehension and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and cooperators; familiar with all kinds of text and publication software; Strong verbal and written German or English skills. Majored in Architect, Construction Management and Architectural Economy & Enterprise Management are preferred. 方案建筑师： 五年以上工作经验；具备较高的建筑学素养，能实现高品质的设计创作；具有团队合作精神；能与外籍建筑师直接交流。有海外留学经历者优先。 Design Architects 5-years working experience or more; solid architectural knowledge and strong creative ability; team working spirit; capable to communicate with foreign architects directly, people with foreign education background are preferred. 室内设计师： 五年以上工作经验，设计过大型公建实施项目；具备较强的专业水准，能实现高品质的设计创作或具备相当的工程经验；具有团队合作精神；能与外籍建筑师直接交流。 Interior Designer 5-years working experience or more, with large scale projects experience; solid architectural knowledge, strong creative ability, and site experience; team working spirit; capable to communicate with foreign architects directly. 设备工程师： 五年以上工作经验，完成过实施项目；应聘者应具备较强的专业水准，能实现高品质的设计；或者具备相当的工程经验，具备深化设计方案和施工图设计经验；能与外籍建筑师直接交流。 Building Equipment Engineer: 5-years working experience or more, experience of implementation project; solid building technique knowledge, strong creative ability and site experience; experience of construction drawing; capable to communicate with foreign architects directly. 工作地点在北京，待遇面议。 Working position: Beijing, Payment: negotiable 有意者请将英/德文简历及作品发至以下邮箱：sekretariat@p.ksp-architekten.net Please send your English or German curriculum vitae to the email box as below: sekretariat@p.ksp-architekten.net |
