　　Goettsch Partners is a Chicago-based design company. The firm is the direct descendant of the architectural practice started by Mies van der Rohe in 1938. The firm has a total staff of 100, with 75 professionals including architects, planners and interior designers. GP has specialized in various fields, such as office, headquarter, urban hotel, apartment complex, institutional project, government building, higher education, retail-office-hotel complex and urban regeneration.
　　Goettsch Partners has been active in China for over a decade and has projects totaling more than 2 million square meters – either completed or in-progress, such as Shanghai Lujiazui Diamond Tower, Suzhou International Tower, Suzhou Genway Tower, Anting Enhance Crown Plaza Golf Resort Hotel, Nanjing International Center, Chendu Hyatt Regency at Chicony Plaza, Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, Beijing R&F Edinburgh Plaza and Tianjin Marriott Hotel etc. Nowadays, GP has a permanent office in Shanghai. Senior Level Project Manager, Project Designer, and Project Architect
（高级项目经理、项目设计师、项目建筑师）
要求：
1. 建筑学本科以上学历，建筑设计专业毕业；
2. 10年以上建筑设计工作经验，有与外籍设计师配合或外企工作经验者优先；
3. 具备国家一级注册建筑师资格；
4. 具备优良的方案设计能力和表现能力；
5. 能独立完成从项目投标、施工图设计到后期各个环节的管理和技术工作；
6. 熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范，能准确理解并把握项目及业主需求；
7. 工作认真负责，耐心细心，有良好的团队协调能力；
8. 具备优秀的团队领导能力；
9. 具有较强的口头表达能力及协调能力，富有责任感；
10. 能够长期稳定工作，能够经常赴外地出差。
Senior Level Project Manager, Project Designer, and Project Architect
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture design;
2. 10 years plus of architecture design working experience, have experience to communicate and cooperate with foreign architects independently or working in foreign firm preferred;
3. Class One Registered Architect;
4. Strong ability in conceptual creation and graphic representation;
5. Strong ability to independently carry project from bid, construction document to later stage management and technique work;
6. Strong knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices; client service;
7. Conscientious work, patient, coordination and management skill;
8. Team Leadership;
9. Fluent verbal and written language skills; coordination and management skill; full of responsibility;
10. Long-time stable work, willing to have frequent business travel.

Intermediate Level Project Designer and Project Architect
（中级项目设计师、项目建筑师）
要求：
1. 建筑学本科以上学历，建筑设计专业毕业；
2. 4~9年的建筑设计工作经验，有与外籍设计师配合或外企工作经验者优先；
3. 有较强的方案设计能力和图纸表达能力；
4. 能配合完成从项目投标、施工图设计到后期各个环节的技术工作；
5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、3DMax、Photoshop及其他相关专业软件；
6. 熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范；
7. 工作认真负责，耐心细心，有良好的团队协调能力；
8. 具有较强的口头表达能力及协调能力，富有责任感。
Intermediate Level Project Designer and Project Architect
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture design;

3. 具备良好的建筑图纸解读能力；
4. 熟悉国内建筑规范；
5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、3DMax、Photoshop及其他相关专业软件；
6. 具有独立思考能力与团队合作精神，工作认真负责。
Entry Level Project Designer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture design;
2. 1-3 years of related working experience;
3. Strong ability in understanding architectural drawings;
4. Knowledge of Chinese building codes;
5. Strong skilful user of AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop and other related computer skills;
6. Independent ability of thinking, team work skill and conscientious work.
