Requirements include graphic representation, team leadership, coordination and management skill, client service and communication skill, fluent verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English, and strong knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices. Candidate with proven international practice experience is preferred. Requirements include conceptual creation and graphic representation, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, sketch up, 3d max and related computer skills, team work skill, and verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English. Candidate with knowledge of Chinese construction practices is preferred. Candidate should be experienced with Microsoft Office and other commonly used office administrative support softwares. Responsibilities include front desk duties and assisting office management personnel and architects on the daily support.
