The role will require good English and Mandarin, understanding of architectural and design terminology, maturity and professional dress sense. Architecture background is not a necessity, but candidate should be familiar with the design, building or construction industry. International experience and education will be seen as an advantage. As a senior position the successful candidate will report directly to the Studio Managing Principal, and a competitive salary will be paid along with project success bonus. Opportunity to progress to an executive level management position within the company will be considered. Ability to use Lightscape, After Effects, Flash, Dream Weaver, or other visualisation software packages will be an advantage. Responsibilities will include preparing reports and presentation material, advising architectural staff on graphics, and helping with the design of architectural graphic solutions. The ideal candidate will need to understand and work with the company branding standards, use the company templates as the basis for reports and presentation material, and liaising with company branding, and media agencies. Skills should include photoshop and flash. Fluent in business English and Mandarin is a must to interface with our foreign clients and global operation. This role will include greeting clients when they come to our office, answering telephones, coordinating travel plans and business functions, taking meeting minutes, as well as general administration duties.
