| 南沙原创建筑设计工作室是在香港和中国大陆两地注册的以建筑设计为主的工作室。正式成立于2004年初，其前身是香港霍英东基金会南沙建筑设计部一帮尝试创新的青年建筑师。目前包括以刘珩为主持建筑师和有来自香港、中国以及其它国家的12个年轻人组成的设计团队。多年来，以南沙为根据地，开展着建筑创作和实践活动。目前我们正在进行的项目包括：住宅小区、游艇俱乐部、香港科技大学南沙研究生院。原创工作室分别在香港和中国广州南沙开设办公室，现需招聘以下职位： 国内招聘职位： 1、高级建筑师（1名） ● 建筑学学士学位或硕士学位 ● 语言要求：熟练国语。英语达四级或四级以上。 ● 5年以上的建筑设计工作经验；熟悉国家建筑设计规范；熟悉从概念方案到扩初出图的过程；熟悉主持协调各建筑专业的经验；熟悉控制项目设计进度及模型制作。 ● 熟练操作各类绘画软件，如CAD 、Adobe Creative Suite , 3Dmax 等。 ● 擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目，善于沟通。具有较强团队合作意识。 ● 有独立的工作能力，工作态度认真、严谨，自我要求高。 ● 工作地点：广州南沙。如需要，会不定期往返香港和南沙两地。 ● 待遇薪金面议。 2、建筑师（1-2名） ● 建筑学学士学位或硕士学位。 ● 语言要求：熟练国语；英语达四级或四级以上。 ● 1-2年的建筑设计工作经验优先。 ● 能熟练操作CAD、Adobe Creative Suite 和3Dmax等各种绘画软件及模型制作能力。 ● 目标性强，团队合作精神强。有独立的工作能力和创造力，作风严谨，负责心强。 ● 工作地点：广州南沙。如需要，会不定期往返香港和南沙两地。 ● 待遇薪金面议。 了解南沙原创工作室，请登陆：www.nodeoffice.com 有意者请电邮： node@nodeoffice.com、node2004@163.com 联系人：黄玉萍 --- （+852）2546 7718 谢敏宜 --- （+8620）3468 0360 ABOUT NODE NODE stands for N ansha O riginal DE sign (or NO DE sign) and was established in early 2004. It is an architectural practice based in Nansha, which grew out of a series of projects associated with the Fok Foundation of Hong Kong , presently consists of 12 architects and designers. Doreen Heng LIU is the founder and its principal architect. NODE is a high quality design firm in the Pearl River Delta region in China, and expects to extend its practice geographically outward. NODE is currently seeking both a Senior Architect and Junior Architect: POSITION OPENNINGS 1、Senior Architect ● B. Arch or M. Arch. Degree or equivalent ● Mandarin skills required. English is CET-4 or above. ● Min. 5 years in architectural practice, Knowledge of Chinese planning/design/construction regulations required, familiar with the production of construction documents, costs and design management. ● Expert level CAD , Adobe Creative Suit , 3Dmax etc. ● Requirements include team leadership, graphic representation, detail-oriented, reliable, presentable and strong work ethics individual, as well as in a team-setting. ● Goal oriented and strong ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team-setting. ● Working place: Nansha, Guangzhou; occasionally Hong Kong 2、Junior Architect ● B.
