| The Office for Metropolitan Architecture is seeking experienced architects with a minimum of 10 years Construction Document and Administration experience to work on projects in our Beijing office. Candidates should possess strong technical and communication abilities to function at the highest level of design sensibility. The candidate should have high-rise and curtain wall experience in order to fully meet the requirements of the position. Responsibilities to include sub-contract management, construction administration, as well as management abilities commensurate with administering projects up to and including construction supervision. The candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage but is not an absolute requirement. The candidate must be able to start by January 2, 2007 in Beijing. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
