Site Managers (Good organisational skills) min 10 years experience, annual salary of GBP15K-20K (about RMB225,000 - 300,000); 2. Fully Qualified Setting-Out Engineer with experience in dumpy levels, laser levels, Leica EDM / Total Stations min 10 years experience, annual salary of GBP12K-18K (about RMB180,000 - 270,000); 3. Project Quantity Surveyor / Construction Lawyer needs good knowledge of English Law (2 in 1) min 10 years experience, annual salary of GBP12K-18K (about RMB180,000 - 270,000); 4. Foremen (good man-management skills), min 5 years experience, annual salary of GBP12K-18K (about RMB180,000 - 270,000); 5. M+E Coordinator (Needs to have worked on Hotel projects), min 5 years experience, annual salary of GBP12K-18K (about RMB180,000 - 270,000); 6. Finishing Foreman (Needs to have worked on Hotel projects), min 5 years experience, annual salary of GBP12K-18K (about RMB180,000 - 270,000); 7. Executive PA (needs excellent English and secretarial skills), min 5 years experience, annual salary of GBP15K-20K (about RMB225,000 - 300,000). 8. Vegetarian Canteen and Accommodation Chef min 5 years experience, annual salary of GBP10K-12K (about RMB150,000 - 180,000). ※ All candidates need to have good written and spoken English, be honest, respectful, hard-working, and have a professional manner and appearance, under age of 45. ※ Candidates with excellent experience of working on large hotels and luxury residential schemes are preferable. ※ Except for the position of chef, bachelor degree is requried. Salary and benefits: 1. Work permit and visa: valid for 5 years. 2. Annual salary: GBP10K – 20K, rate of pay will be dependant on the above job positions and experience. 3. Working hours: Approx 50-60, dependant on work load. 4. Accommodation and catering: provided by employer. 5. UK training, transport from and to the work site: provided by employer. 6. Annual holiday: 2-4 weeks. 7. Allow to apply spouse and children under 18: allow dependants to study, have business, and children have right to accept public eduation without paying tuition fees. 8. All families will benefit from National Health Service. 9. Allow to apply PR (Permanent Residence) after 5 years work in UK. Documents provided for application: 1.
