YMD renders design services for architectural design and production, master planning and programming. YMD’s primary architectural activities are concentrated in aviation projects, commercial projects, stadiums and museums. YMD is recruiting for a major multi billion RMB airport development. Availability SENIOR ARCHITECTS Candidates should posses the following : ● Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution; ● 3-5 years experience in large multi-faceted commercial projects, and airport design preferred; ● To manage junior staff, have an understanding to manage projects production, and work independently; ● Fluent in both verbal and written Mandarin and English ; ● Grade 1 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent is desirable; ● A thorough and well developed understanding of local licensecodes, regulations and can write well, and engage in program oriented tasks; ● A high level of proficiency in the following software: ◇ Autocad 2005 ◇ Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ◇ Photoshop JUNIOR ARCHITECTS: Candidates should posses the following: ● Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution; ● 1-2 years work experience commercial projects ● Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred ● Willingness to learn ● Be able to work independently, and under pressure. ● Proficiency in the following software – candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills: ◇ Autocad 2005 ◇ Powerpoint ◇ Photoshop ◇ 3D Max is preferred ◇ Microsoft office |
