The Company has established an international team of the best cinema architects and engineers in China today together with a first class support team. CineChina has an exciting and challenging schedule of projects for 2006 and beyond, working with a select number of reputable business partners. 招聘职位： ARCHITECT LOCATION: Shanghai REPORTS TO: Managing Director NO. OF REPORTS: 3 PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Work as part of a team to develop the brand design of CineChina cinemas. Lead the development of detailed construction drawings to produce optimal cinema designs for each project. Lead the development and production of CAD drawings supervising a small team of draughtsman. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Continuously seek opportunities to improve the standard of CineChina cinema design and decoration. Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications for each project according to the development schedule. Lead, develop and produce CAD drawings. Supervise the team of draughtsmen and prioritize their work in accordance with the development and construction schedule. Manage the quality of work produced by the draughtsmen and provide coaching and feedback to develop their skills. Coordinate with local design institutes as well as architects and engineers of developers and contractors. Coordinate with Project Managers to update and refine construction drawings reflecting the status of the project on site. Coordinate with architecture, electrical, A.C., mechanical plans. Co-ordinate with local government bureaus such as Quality Examination Station, Firefighting Bureau, and Landlord to provide any necessary drawings. Supervise and co-ordinate as-built drawings with contractor.
