In order to meet the market need and better serve client in China, we are looking for a self motivated team player who has at least 2+ years of architectural CAD experience to join our Shanghai office as a Architectural CAD Technician. 为了更好地适应中国市场的需要和更好地服务于客户，我们期待有2年以上建筑制图经验、有一定设计能力有激情的建筑专业人员成为MG2团队的一员。 职位描述: Job Description: Applies knowledge of AutoCAD to create quality documents at a productive rate. Capable of building 3D computer model and rendering are preferred. Demonstrates flexibility and interest by fully utilizing AutoCAD, exploring new methods and functions. Expands knowledge of other software applications, such as Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and industry standards. Utilizes applications. Understands basic building principles and works with Project Managers and designers to expand that knowledge as it applies to each project. Familiar with design code and standard in China. Communication skill in both English and Chinese Understands relationship of employee’s responsibility to the firm’s mission. 正确使用AutoCAD软件快速大量地制作图纸，如果能运用3D软件设计建筑模型和效果图将更好；灵活运用AutoCAD软件，积极地探索其制图新方法和功能；能运用其他软件功能及知识如Photoshop, Microsoft Office 和工业设计标准等进行设计制图；同项目经理和其他设计人员将设计知识，建筑原理充分运用到每一个项目中去；熟悉中国设计标准及要求；.熟练运用中英文进行交流；理解员工在公司里要担当的职责。 职位要求: Qualifications: The Architectural CAD Technician must be proficient in CAD, 3D, Photoshop Sketch up and all MS office products. 需精通CAD、3D、Photoshop, Sketch up和MS Office软件操作 The CAD Tech must have good presentation/communication skills and have the ability to share design ideas with designers and project managers in both English and in Chinese.
