　　WSP主持和参与的项目遍及欧洲和中国40多个城市和地区；其合作的客户包括了德国西门子公司、中国华润集团、中国万通集团、顺驰集团和中国金地集团、万科集团、中国用友软件公司等著名企业和许多城市的政府机构。WSP最重要的项目有奥地利INFINEON总部、新加坡西门子总部、南京中山路150米高长发中心、深圳大工业区行政中心、北京凤凰城、北京龙山新新小镇、西安西门子信号有限公司新厂、北京卡尔生活馆、北京翡翠城及北京渡上别墅区等。

 协助总经理开发市场，确定公司发展方向及营销战略；
 深入了解市场，跟踪、反馈市场信息；
 合同的商谈、起草及合同执行；
 开发潜在客户，建立良好的客户关系及沟通渠道；
 本科以上学历，三年以上营销主管工作经验；
 市场拓展、项目协调、谈判的能力；
 良好的团队合作精神、计划及执行能力；
 有建筑学背景者、有在中大型设计院/设计公司经营、市场部门工作经验者优先

招聘职位：客户主管
工作地点：北京
职位要求：
 协助总经理开发客户，建立良好的客户关系及沟通渠道；
 跟踪、反馈市场信息；
 合同的商谈、起草及合同执行；
 本科以上学历，三年以上设计行业或房地产顾问公司客户主管工作经验；

 协助主设计师对设计质量的控制；
 组织、监督、控制设计进度和流程；

 在大中型设计院、设计公司从事高层管理工作5年以上，有跨国公司工作经验者优先；

 有建筑学有关专业学历和项目管理经验者优先。

WSP Architects is a design oriented architecture office. Due to the steady development in last 10 years， now the public and the professionals have well recognized its creative abilities， its avant-garde design concept and its exploring spirit which is well displayed in their planning and designing works of urban comprehensive developments， public buildings， large-scaled industries and enterprise headquarters， social housing projects， commercial and recreational facilities， parks and landscaped environments， as well as the interior engineering projects.
WSP was founded in Munich， Germany in 1996. All the four principal architects ：Mr. Wu Gang， Ms. Zhang Ying， Mr. Chen Ling and Mr. Knud Rossen， have their international designing practices and European educational backgrounds. The firm has established offices in Munich and Beijing， with over 70 planners， architects， landscape architects and interior designers. WSP takes charge or participates in projects in over 50 cities and regions across Europe and China.
