HEITZ PARSONS SADEK（美国霍普斯有限公司） is an international hospitality interior design firm based in Palm Beach, Florida USA. The firm specializes in the design of hotels, restaurants, resorts, spas, clubs and entertainment venues for the luxury international hospitality market.

HEITZ PARSONS SADEK is an all-inclusive studio offering a comprehensive range of design services for the global market. Diversity of approach and a willingness to understand the important cultural differences of each client and project are the poetics of the company. We are pushing design languages into new concepts and realizations way beyond the expected. We are constantly redefining the approach to project interpretation and delivery in order to provide the owner with the best design in the competitive marketplace. Our work is varied, exciting and setting a truly new standard of design experience.

We have completed work on five continents. Our completed projects include Park Hyatt Melbourne (5-star,Australia), Grand Hyatt Shanghai(上海金茂君悦大酒店改造) (5-star,China), Grand Hyatt Erawan (5-star, Thailand), Four seasons Resort-PB (5-star, Florida), Huating Hotel（上海华亭酒店） (5-star, Shanghai, China), Hyatt Regency Hangzhou(杭州凯悦酒店) (5-star,China) , Diaoyutai State Guesthouse (钓鱼台国宾馆芳菲苑). In China, now we are working on Beijing International Hotel (北京国际饭店)，Hyatt Regency Suzhou (苏州凯悦酒店) and Hyatt Regency Chengdu (成都凯悦酒店) etc.

In order to satisfy the needs of our fast growing business in China, we have set up our Beijing office（美国霍普斯有限公司北京代表处）. We need talented people for the following positions currently:

• Interior designer(1-2 people)
Responsibilities:
√ Designing small to middle sized projects or minor parts of 5-star projects
√ Developing design concepts from US design principals
√ Contacting with clients and dealing with design problems raised by design developer
Basic requirement:
√ Majored in Interior design or similar discipline. Bachelor degree or above
√ 5-6 years working experience minimum. International working experience an advantage
√Strong manual drawing ability. Good at AutoCAD;
√ Good teamwork spirit. Excellent communication skills;
√ Fluent in English. Both oral and written ability in Chinese an advantage

• Design Developer (设计深化师)（1-2人）
工作职责:
√ 根据初步的设计草图可以深化设计；
√ 用CAD绘制设计扩初图纸，包括节点大样等；
√ 对绘图员进行绘图指导，并负责校对图纸；
√ 协助首席代表解决项目上的有关技术问题；
要求:
√ 设计类专业专科以上学历；
√ 设计公司2-3年以上的工作经验，有较强的草图能力；
√ 需有高档酒店或会所等的设计深化经验，熟悉各种材料的做法；
√ AutoCAD2004熟练。熟悉Photoshop等图形软件；
√ 有基本的英语交流能力；

• CAD draftsperson(绘图员)（3-4人）
工作职责:
√ 绘制CAD的平，立，剖面以及节点图纸
√ 准备物料板等
要求:
√ 专科学历及以上，
√ 设计公司1年以上的工作经验，有高档酒店设计绘制经验的优先；
√ AutoCAD2004熟练。会用AutoCAD建3维模型者优先；
√ 熟悉Photoshop等图形软件
√ 有基本英语（读写）能力者优先
√ 有良好的学习能力
