1. Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years
2. 5-8years relevant experience, on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, detail design, and Project Management, preferably having overseas study or working experience with an international design firm
3. Familiar with national design code and standard
4. Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English, Good communication and
presentation skills
5. Architectural license or working towards licensure is recommended
6. Possess excellent conceptual abilities
• Skills in AUTOCAD
