| Vacancy for the Position of: Horticulturist AutoCAD Draftsman （Urgent） Translator (Urgent) LandArt is a 100% foreign owned Landscape Design Consultancy Firm based in Shanghai. Our headquarters is in Singapore. We have set up in Shanghai since 2002. Currently we have 21 employees, 17 are foreign expatriates. Successful applicants will work with our Landscape Design Team to develop strong thematic Landscape Design Proposals. This includes participation and putting into practice our company’s ISO 2000 and Quality Design Practice. Producing and verifying all Design Drawings for compliance & accuracy before distributing to Clients & Contractors for construction is our office practice. Every member of our team contributes to our company’s financial and operational goals and must be a good participative team player. Applicants who apply for this job will definitely improve their English language both written and spoken as the employees are mostly Expatriates from all over Southeast Asia and English is widely used as a language of communication. LandArt believes in Quality Design Work and each of our project is uniquely custom designed. Applicants get a good grounding and training in developing sound knowledge of construction details and good design practice. As in all design office, work hours are long, meeting submission datelines is a daily occupation. The applicant must meet the following criteria: · Degree in Horticulture · 3 - 5 years work experience in Landscape Architecture Practice or Landscape Construction Companies in the Southern / Central part of China · Sound knowledge in plant identification and characteristic especially those suitable for the Central and Southern part of China · Ability to produce Landscape Planting Plan including specifications of size, height, planting distance etc both hand drawn and on the Auto CAD · Genuinely love to work outdoors with plant materials to create the best landscape environment for all projects 园艺师 该职位要求应聘者具有相关的教育背景和有关园林设计、现场监督的丰富的工作经验。 申请人必须具备以下具体标准： · 园林专业大学学历 · 3 － 5 年的工作经验（在中国南、中部景观建筑或景观施工公司） · 具有识别植物，特别是生长在中国南部、中部植物的丰富知识 · 能用手绘或用Auto CAD 制作景观种植平面图，包括种植说明等 · 善于在户外研究植物种类，为每个项目创造最好的景观环境 AutoCAD Draftsman. Applicants must meet the following criteria: ٱ Major in Computer graphic and software usage ,Building Construction Diploma/Certificate Holder from Recognized Poly Techniques/Technical Institutes ٱ 2-3 years work experience in Landscape Architecture/Architecture Practice/computer graphic rendering company. ٱ Strong foundation in using and reading the English Version of AutoCAD software 3D Max photo shop and other computer graphic software as a Drafting tool. ٱ Candidates with ability to develop sections and sound construction details derived from a good understanding of Structure , construction background and computer graphic background will be preferred ٱ Ability to communicate in English is definitely an added advantage. Candidates who join us must have a strong foundation in English language. Short listed candidates will have to sit for AutoCAD Skills Test during the Interview. AutoCAD绘图员 应聘者必须符合以下的标准： ٱ 理工/技术学院认可的建筑学士学位证书/相关学历证书, 电脑动画设计专业毕业者优先考虑。 ٱ 2－3年的电 脑 动 画 设 计 或景观建筑/建筑实践工作经验 ٱ 熟练运用英文版的电脑动画设计软件或AutoCAD软件绘图 ٱ 应聘者如有良好的结构学及建筑施工背景，绘制剖面图及声音系统的施工详图的，具备电脑动画设计背景的，则优先考虑。 ٱ 加入本公司的先决条件是良好的英语沟通能力和扎实的英语基础。 最后候选者会在应聘期间进行AutoCAD实际操作能力的测试。 Translator ٱ we produce Landscape Architecture working drawings in Bilingual Language-both in Chinese and in English. ٱ we are looking for candidates who major in English language willing to learn the technical language used in our filed of profession and assist us to translate our English annotations used in our drawings to Chinese. ٱ will be an added advantage for the candidate who apply for this position to have a good grasp of using the AutoCad software. We use the AutoCad software produce all our design and technical drawings. ٱ we have trained many successful candidates on the job to translate our English annotation into Chinese.
