Requirements include graphic representation, team leadership, verbal and written language skills. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills required. Experience: 6-10 years Education: Professional degree in Architecture. 2.建筑设计师：有大型及综合项目设计经验；要求包括：设计和建筑表现能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, 3Dmax等专业软件，强烈的口头及书面语言表达能力，熟悉中国建筑施工操作，中英文语言交流能力优先。3至6年工作经验，建筑专业学位。 2.Architect: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design. Requirements include graphic representation, AutoCAD and related computer skills, verbal and written language skills. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills preferred. Experience: 3-6 years. Education: Professional degree in Architecture. 3. 助理设计师：要求包括：具有熟练使用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, 3Dmax的建筑绘图经验，有很强的制作3-D建筑计算机模型的经验。职责包括：辅助建筑师完成建筑项目设计，联系和管理专业效果图和模型制作公司的服务。有中英文语言交流能力者优先。2年以上建筑建模绘图经验。 3.Design Assistant: Experience with AutoCAD, PhotoShop, and 3Dmax for building and planning projects required. Strong experience with 3-D computer models required. Responsibilities include assisting architectural production and coordinating out-of-house rendering and model services providers. Mandarin-English skills preferred. Experience: 2-3years. |
