Neri & Hu Design and Research Office

We are a cutting-edge international design house that specializes in an
array of multifaceted design works which include couture home/gift
products, high-end residential/commercial interiors and architecture,
and graphic design. Our projects, from small, everyday, household
objects to large boutique hotel developments, embody a unique sense of
design created by the founders, Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu. The Shanghai
office is their flagship “design house” which will become the
headquarter for their Asia-Pacific region projects. The company consists
of a network of young, ambitious, and energetic designers from all over
the world in an effort to develop a design excellence and a
sophisticated design brand that is synonymous to Hermes, Prada, and
Gucci.

Architectural Designer(1名) (上海市)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Prepare all design relative material.
· Analyze project and client requirements.
· Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package under the leading of design director.
· Arrange and control design schedule as per client's requirement.
· Manage junior designer.
· Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time
schedule together with Project Manager.
· Coordinate with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years work experience in architectural design.
· College degree or above in the field of architectural design or related disciplines.
· Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS-Office.
· Experience with high-end projects.
· Have certain site experience.
· Have certain free-hand drawing ability.
· Good communication skill and good personality.
· Self discipline and strong responsibility.
· Good team player.
建筑设计师（1名）
工作职责：
* 准备设计相关材料。
* 分析项目和客户要求。
* 在总设计师带领下完成设计并绘制设计图纸。
* 根据客户要求，规划项目进度。
* 管理下级设计师。
* 与供应商及施工队沟通，传达设计意图。和项目经理讨论解决问题，管理材料，控制进度和施工质量。
* 与公司其他部门协调好各种事宜。
要求：
* 至少5年在建筑设计领域工作经验。
* 大专以上建筑设计或相关专业文凭。
* 熟悉操作AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS-Office.
* 有实际参与过高级项目的经验。
* 有施工现场工作经验。
* 有手绘制图能力。
* 良好沟通能力，人品端正。
* 责任感强，有自我约束力。
* 有团队合作精神。

Interior Designer (2名) (上海市)
Roles & Responsibilities:

要求：
* 至少5年在室内设计领域工作经验。
* 大专以上室内设计或相关专业文凭。
* 熟悉操作AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS-Office.
* 有实际参与过高级项目的经验。
* 有施工现场工作经验。
* 有手绘制图能力。

Product Designer (2名) (上海市)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Work with design director to analyze, develop and design a series of home "lifestyle" products, including furniture, silver ware,
ceramics, porcelain, leather, paper and wooden utensils, etc.
· Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for designed products.
· Liaise with manufacturer to ensure delivery of design intent.
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Art or Industrial Design or related field.
· 3-5 years experience working with related design software applications.
· Strong interest in fashion, home product, avant-garde design.
· good spoken English, CET-6 (Excellence) or above
· well-versed in design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator,Corel draw as well as Microsoft Office
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to successfully work in a highly collaborative environment.
· Very comfortable with technical material and demonstrated ability to present and explain complex concepts to an audience that may be unfamiliar with the specific area.
· Capable of being an individual contributor and working as part of a team.
· Highly creative and proactive personality with a proven track record of delivering on responsibilities and tasks.
· Highly adaptive with an ability to organize, coordinate, and execute on details.
产品设计（2名）
工作职责：
* 参与研究，开发一系列家居产品，包括家具，银器，陶器，瓷器，皮、
纸、木等各种材质物件。
* 保持并开发原有设计产品的功能特性。
* 与生产厂商保持联系，以确保设计理念在产品上的贯彻。
要求：
* 艺术或工业设计相关专业学历获得者。
* 3—5年应用相关设计软件的经验。
* 对时尚，家居用品有浓厚兴趣。
* 英语6级以上，口语好。
* 精通设计软件，如Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw 以及
Microsoft Office.
* 有良好的口头与书面表达能力，有团队协作工作能力。
* 熟悉技术材料，良好的表达和演示能力，可以向非专业人士讲述并帮助其理解专业概念。
* 能胜任各项工作职责
* 有良好的组织、协调及执行能力。
