| EDAW, a recognized worldwide leader in the Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Environmental Planning is seeking energetic, experienced and talented Landscape and Urban Design professionals. Founded in 1939, EDAW has nearly 1,000 professionals working from 23 offices across the US, Europe, Australia and Asia and headquarters in San Francisco, California. Due to our rapid business growth in Asia, we have several senior and mid level openings in our China and Hong Kong offices. We would like to invite self motivated and energized individuals to apply for the following positions: Senior Urban Designers Senior Urban Designers will be responsible for day to day leadership on Urban Design and Regional Planning projects. Design capabilities from visionary concept generation to skilled design development execution as well as sound fiscal management, and project and client management, are key skills for this role. The ability and desire to mentor junior designers and act as member of the office management team will also be required. Requirements: · Relevant degree in Urban Design/Planning/Architecture from a recognized institution · 7-10 years of work experience with a progressive organization on related projects. · Able to manage a design team to complete a project from inception to finalization · Strong design, master planning and graphic skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential · Interested candidates with less experience will be considered for Urban Designer roles · Moderate travel in the region is required Senior Landscape Architects Senior Landscape Architects will be responsible for day to day leadership on Landscape Design projects. Design capabilities from visionary concept generation to skilled design development, construction documentation and site supervision as well as sound fiscal management, and project and client management, are all key skills for this role. The ability and desire to mentor junior designers and act as member of the office management team will also be required. Requirements: · Relevant degree in Landscape Design/Architecture from a recognized institution · 7-10 years of work experience with a progressive organization on related projects. · Able to manage a design team to complete a project from inception to finalization · Experience in softscape and planting design is a plus · Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential · Interested candidates with less experience will be considered for Landscape Architect role · Moderate travel in the region is required Environmental Planner/Scientist Responsible for client development and project management, with opportunities for becoming a member of the office’s leadership team while expanding our environmental practice throughout the China Region. Assist in the planning and design of wetland parks and other natural resource environments. Requirements: · Graduate degree in environmental planning, restoration ecology, hydrology or related fields. · Background in concept planning for wetland park projects is preferred. The incumbent should also have 3-5 years of working experience in a multidisciplinary team environment. · Ability to communicate and work effectively with urban planners and designers. · Fluency in Mandarin is preferred. Translator Requirements: · Two to five years of professional translation experience: Chinese and English · Urban planning and landscape design technical material translation experience is a plus · Experience in international design-related industry is a plus · Excellent writing and speaking skill in Chinese and English · Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with staff of all levels · Ability to work on multiple assignments/deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy · Excellent presentation interpretation skill · Minimum bachelor's degree in English literature 助理设计师 园林/建筑规划毕业，能熟练运用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, CorelDRAW并有在大型设计院或外资公司工作的经验。英文良好能运用InDesign者优先。 种植设计师 园林/植物学毕业。有一至两年种植设计经验，熟练掌握电脑绘图。 If you meet the above requirements, we would like you to send or email your CVs in written English, expected and current salary to TangR@edaw.com.cn .
