高层建筑二次供水水质调查

【ABSTRACT】 Objective To find out water quality of secondary water supply system of high buildings. Methods Sampling water was taken from sencondary water supply system. Total bacterial count, total coliform group, residual chlorine and ammonia nitrogen were detected respectively. Results Total bacterial count, total coliform group and ammonia nitrogen of water taken from secondary water supply system in Winter-Spring and Summer-Autumn were significantly higher than those from normal potable water(t=2.57-28.62,P<0.05,0.01) ; Residual chlorine was significantly lower than that of the normal drinking water(t=24.50-31.58,P<0.01). Total bacterial count, total coliform group and ammonia nitrogen of secondary water supply system in Summer-Autumn were significantly higher than those in Winter-Spring(t=2.24-24.72,P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion Water quality of secondary water supply system was worse than that of normal potable water.

近年来,城市高层建筑日益增多,这些建筑多采用二次加压供水系统供水,其水质情况的好坏与居民的健康状况有直接的关系。为了解青岛市市区高层建筑二次供水的水质现状,我们于1997~1998年冬春季、夏秋季分别抽样调查了青岛市部分高层建筑二次供水系统的水质状况。现报告如下。

1 材料和方法

1.1 采样方法   

以青岛市市区22处高层建筑二次供水系统水源作为检测对象,并随机抽取22处一般水网水样作为对照。 余氯含量及氨氮指标分析所用水样按一般水样采集方法采集。细菌总数和总大肠菌群数测定所用水样严格按照无菌操作的基本要求进行采样。为消除水样中余氯的继续作用,采样瓶中预先加入30g/L硫代硫酸钠溶液1mL.

1.2 测定方法   

细菌总数、总大肠菌群数、余氯及氨氮含量按文献〔1〕方法进行测定。

1.3 统计学处理   

检测结果以±s表示。细菌总数及总大肠菌群数的测定结果经平方根转换后,采用t检验进行组间比较。余氯、氨氮含量组间比较采用t检验。

2 结果

2.1 细菌总数的测定结果   

冬春季、夏秋季二次供水水样中细菌总数均高于同期一般水网水样中细菌总数,差异均有显著意义(t=2.57,4.52,P<0.05,0.01)。夏秋季二次供水水样中细菌总数高于冬春季,差异有显著意义(t=2.29,P<0.05)。见表1.
