张学锋,男,1965年5月出生,山西省建筑设计研究院院长、党委副书记。山西阳高人,中共党员,教授级高级工程师,国家一级注册建筑师,国务院政府特殊津贴专家。1987年7月毕业于太原工业大学土木系建筑学专业(学士学位)并分配到山西省建筑设计研究院工作至今,历任方案所所长、综合设计六所所长、副院长兼副总建筑师、院长。1994年12月至1996年1月赴日本卜卜株式会社进行技术研修。
参加工作以来,完成了大中型或国家及省重点工程项目百余项。获省、部级优秀建筑设计奖十余项。主持设计的太原邮电业务综合楼是山西省首幢超高层建筑,该建筑平面布局紧凑,综合了各项邮电专业技术要求,探索了邮电领域最前沿的科技,为我省邮电事业及超高层建筑的实践奠定了坚实的基础。主持设计的山西大学图书馆突破传统模式,采用了全开放、大空间的“模数式”布局,为山西大学增添了一道独特的文化景观,山西大学图书馆为山西大学的发展,科技创新及学术研究等活动提供了高层次的知识支撑和信息服务。主持设计的太原理工大学科学楼总体布局采用了45°斜角面对迎泽大街,形成独特丰富的视觉空间,建筑外装修大胆采用深灰色墙砖,塑造出凝重、优雅、富有科技意味的高校建筑风格。作为专业负责人,主持了省人大常委会办公楼的设计,该建筑在用地紧张、制约条件较多的情况下,创造性地运用了双廊布置,围合出绿化中庭,形成了新颖独特、拥有良好节能效果的办公环境。主持设计的山西晋城学院在满足新时代校园文化氛围的同时,融入了山西大院的院落文化,清新明快的建筑形象配合生机盎然的园林绿化,创造出了具有浓厚的山西地方特色校园景观。主持了太原飞机场新航站楼,该工程作为2008北京奥运重点项目之一,无论从使用功能还是外观造型、内部结构体系的复杂程度等,都体现了当今科技的最高水平;太原飞机场新航站楼的建设是顺应太原市的发展,同时配合2008北京奥运会而进行的,在该航站楼的设计中,探索了与国外优秀设计公司的合作模式,取得了优异的成果。机场是城市的门户,在一定程度上代表着一个城市乃至整个地区的形象,机场同时又是一个功能复杂,并体现当今科技发展的水平的现代化建筑,本工程的外观设计采用了当今建筑高新科技手段,在满足使用功能的前题下力图塑造出生动、新颖而具有地方特色的建筑形象,建筑群体的三角形屋面金属形式富于动感,内院的设置良好的解决了采光及通风问题,同时具有地方特色。建筑外围护墙采用框式玻璃幕墙及石材。整个屋面具起伏感,是建筑造型的点晴之笔。改扩建后的航站楼展现给人们一个崭新、现代的建筑形象。航站楼的内部空间采用 “生态”和“人性化”的设计理念,本工程由于采用了空间网架钢结构作为航站楼的主要结构体系,因此为建筑的室内提供了一个高大宽敞且富于变化的空间,三角形的屋面下弧形吊顶随着屋面高度而变化,它们使航站楼富于活力且使旅客更容易辨别方向,内院的设计给整个航站楼带来了充足的光线,既节省了能源,同时使空间更为开阔和富于地方特色。主持完成的山西大剧院,是我山西省十项重点工程之一,该工程造型美观、结构复杂、技术难度大,该工程建成后,是山西省文化建设和城市建设的一道亮丽的风景。目前,张学锋同志又投身于绿色建筑技术研究并实施节能设计工作,发表有价值的学术论文数篇,是我省知名的建筑科技专家。

Zhang Xuefeng, male, born in Yanggao in May 1965, is the dean of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Shanxi Province, deputy party secretary, senior architect, National Grade A Registered Architect, State Council special allowance expert. Graduated in July 1987 from the Taiyuan University of Technology Department of Civil Engineering architecture with bachelor's degree and assigned to the Shanxi Institute of Architectural Design and has worked for the Institute so far.  He has served as the director of the program sub-institute, the sixth integrated design  sub-institute, Vice President and Deputy General Architect, Dean of the Institute. From December 1994 to January 1996 he went to Japan pitapat Corporation for technical training.
Ever since he joined the Institute, he has completed more than 100 large and medium-sized national and provincial key projects and won more than 10 provincial and ministerial level outstanding architectural design awards. He presided over the design of Taiyuan Post and Telecommunications Services Building, the first high-rise building in Shanxi Province with the features of compact  architectural  layout, a combination of various professional as well as technical requirements of posts and telecommunications, exploration of the most cutting-edge science and technology in the area of Posts and telecommunications,  laying a solid foundation for the high-rise building practice and the development of posts and telecommunications industry in the province. Shanxi University Library complex design he presided over breaks through the traditional mode, using a full open space "modulus" layout, which adds a unique cultural landscape to Shanxi University. The Library complex could provide a high level knowledge support and information services, therefore contributes to the development of Shanxi University, technological innovation, academic research and other activities. The Science Building of Taiyuan Institute of Technology he presided over is designed with a 45 ° angle of overall layout facing to the Yingze avenue, forming a unique and rich visual space, and the bold dark gray wall decoration outside the building creates a dignified, elegant, full technological style for the  university architecture.  As a professional person in charge, he presided over the design of the Provincial People's Congress office building.  Constrained with the shortage of land, more conditionality, the design employs a dual Gallery layout, enclosed green atrium, retaining a new and unique, good energy-saving office environment. The Shanxi Jincheng College he presided over is designed to meet the new era of campus culture and integrate into it the culture of the Shanxi compound courtyard. The fresh and crisp building image combined with landscape garden creates strong local characteristics of Shanxi campus landscape.  Taiyuan airport new terminal design he presided over is one of the key projects for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008, both the function and appearance, the degree of complexity of the internal structure of the system, all reflect the highest level of technology today.  The construction of Taiyuan airport new terminal follows the development of Taiyuan, in conjunction with the 2008 Beijing Olympics.  In the design of the terminal, the pattern of cooperation with the outstanding foreign design companies is explored and has achieved good results. Airport is the gateway to the city, to a certain extent, it represents the image of a city and the whole region.The airport at the same time has a complex function and reflects the level of today's scientific and technological development of modern architecture.  The design of the project adopts a high-tech contemporary architecture ways and means, trying to meet the premise to create a lively, innovative building image with local characteristics. The metal roof of the airport complex in triangular form looks dynamic, and the inner court could not only allow a good lighting and ventilation, but also has local characteristics.  The external parapet wall is constructed with frame glass and stone. The whole face of the building seems moving with a wavy motion, which is the real essence of the architecture. The renovation and expansion of the Terminal shows to the people a new, modern architecture image. The internal space of the terminal applies a concept of "ecological" and "humane" design.  Due to the use of space frame steel structure as the main structural system of the terminal, the construction of indoor area becomes spacious and full of change. Under the triangular roof, the curved ceiling changes with the roof height, which makes the Terminal full of vitality. The visitors then could easily identify the directions. The design of the inner courtyard of the entire Terminal provides sufficient light, saves energy, at the same time, makes the space more open and full of local characteristics. The design of Shanxi Grand Theatre he presided over is one of the 10 key projects in Shanxi Province. The project, with an attractive appearance, complex structure and technical challenge, after completion, is a beautiful landscape in Shanxi Province representing both cultural and urban construction. Currently, Mr.Zhang Xuefeng is involved in green building technology research and implementation of energy-saving design work. He has published several papers with academic values and has become a renowned architectural technology expert in Shanxi Province.

新地域主义是建筑吸收本地的、民族民俗的风格,在现代建筑中体现地方特色。其虽然源于传统的地方主义,但它依然是现代建筑的组成部分。新地域主义在功能和构造上都以现代建筑为标准,在形式上吸收传统文化,来抵抗现代建筑理性化的侵蚀,同时也反对将古典符号随意拼贴的装饰主义手法。多年以来,在建筑创作的实践中,一直致力于秉承新地域主义的设计理念,根植于山西丰厚的地域特色文化,进行着最具特色的建筑创新活动。

New Regionalism is a style that absorbs local and national folk building elements, and displays local characteristics in modern architecture. Although it stems from the tradition of regionalism, it is still an integral part of modern architecture.  New Regionalism takes modern architecture as the standard with regards to the function and structure.  In line with the forms, it absorbs traditional Chinese culture, resists the rational erosion of modern architecture, and is also opposed to the random collage of classical symbols Deco practices. Over the years, Zhang’s practice of architectural creation has been committed to adhering to the design concept of the new regionalism, and rooted in the rich geographical characteristics and culture of Shanxi Province, therefore he has involved himself in the most distinctive architectural innovation activities.
