摘要： 近年来，由于砼材料的广泛使用，其裂缝引发的安全、渗漏、索赔等问题成为公众投诉的焦点，尤其是高层建筑钢筋砼楼板的裂缝。为明晰此类问题产生的成因，使得从事房屋建设的管理、施工人员能充分了解砼楼板裂缝形成的原因，并能结合每个工程的现场实际情况，在施工过程中制定专项裂缝预控措施，减少裂缝的产生。 abstract: in recent years, due to the widespread use of concrete materials, problems caused by the cracks of, such as safety, leakage, claim, etc become the focus of public complaints, especially cracks of reinforced concrete floor of high-rise building. in order to clear the causes of such problems, managers and construction personnel should fully understand the causes the formation of crack of concrete floor, and combines the actual situation of each project, to establish special pre-control measures for crack, reduce the produce of cracks in the construction process. |
