摘要：工程项目管理是全方位的系统工程，有其重要性和特性， 要求项目管理者对项目的质量、 安全与文明施工、 进度、 成本等要纳入正规化、标准化管理，这样才能使施工项目各项工作有条紊、 顺利进行。施工项目的成功管理不仅可以产生良好的经济效益也会产生良好的社会效益。 本文论述建筑施工企业工程项目管理的特点、 主要内容、 安全管理、 质量管理和成本控制， 从而表明了建筑施工项目管理的重要性。 abstract: project management is all-around system as the project, its importance and characteristics of project management, requirement of the project quality, safety and civilized construction, schedule, cost to bring into normalization, standardization management, so as to make the construction project has a turbulent, smoothly. construction of the success of the project management not only can produce good economic benefit but also have a good social benefits. this paper discusses the construction enterprise project management features, main content, safety management, quality management and cost control, thus indicating the importance of the construction project management. |
