环保新亮点——2009中国绿色建筑国际峰会

在不断发展的全球建筑市场中，亚洲被证明是市场扩张步伐最为迅速的区域。一年之后，预计中国将在2010年成为建筑市场领跑者，建筑业年产值增长率超过9%。而绿色建筑顺应时代发展的潮流和社会民生的需求，是建筑节能的进一步拓展和优化。绿色建筑在中国的兴起顺应了世界经济增长方式转变潮流的重要战略转型，又是我国建立创新型国家的必然组成部分，前景广阔。我国人均能源资源相对贫乏。很多建筑在建造和使用过程的资源、能源浪费问题十分突出。目前我国既有建筑的总面积为400亿平方米，其中95%以上是高耗能建筑，单位面积的耗能相当于气候条件相近发达国家的2至3倍。国家发改委、住房和城乡建设部、环保部及相关部门分别研究为推进建筑节能，我国颁布了多项标准下大力气推广绿色建筑并引导其健康快速发展。

为了贯彻落实党中央国务院关于加强节能减排工作的战略部署，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，推动智能、绿色建筑与建筑节能工作，由中国建筑学会主办，扬格励远国际信息咨询服务中心承办的2009中国绿色建筑国际峰会将于2009年11月3日至4日在中国北京新云南皇冠假日酒店隆重举行。本次会议将在技术、政策和市场三方面融合，邀请更多的政商两界权威指导和预测未来绿色建筑行业的发展动向，研讨技术解决方案，行业领袖分享市场推广的成功案例，为与会来宾奉献一场内容涵盖建筑节能、生态环保、智能建筑、既有建筑节能改造、可再生能源在建筑中的应用、大型公共建筑节能运行管理、供热体制改革、新型绿色建材等方面的新技术渔产的饕餮盛宴。

New Highlight of environment conservation
-- Green Building China 2009

In the continuously evolving global contraction market, Asia has been proved to be the hot area with the most rapid development. In a year, it is expected that China, with an annual increase of over 9%, will come to the leadership in the construction industry. On the other hand, on the basis of energy-saving building, as the upgrade and development, green building seems to fit much more into the economic and social progress and to meet the demands of livelihood better. Developing green building is an extremely important measurement of adapting China’s strategy to the global economic transformation and a curtail composition of the strategy to establish an innovative country, which makes green building an outstanding strategic position. China’s per capita natural resources seems at out elbows. Many existing buildings have a serious problem of resource and energy waste in the process of construction and use. At present, China has buildings in service of 40 billion square meters in total, above 95% of which are high energy-consumption buildings. The energy consumption of unit area reaches as many as 2 or 3 times of that in the developed countries with the similar climate environment. Thus, the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC), Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MHRUD), Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP), and relevant government bodies, after careful research, have published several standards to regulate and lead the healthy and rapid development of green buildings.
To carry out the strategy deployment of the State Council and Party Central Committee about energy saving & emission reduction, construct resource conservation & environment friendly society and promote intelligence & green building, the Green Building China 2009 will be held in November 3rd~4th, 2009. This outlook will be on the basis of the combination of technology, policies and market. Government officials will arrive at the conference to present the green building industry trend and policy guide. Professional R&D elites will publish and communicate technical solutions; meanwhile, business leaders will provide talented insights about marketing feasibility.
