| 项目经理Project Manager (Tianjin) Progetto (Beijing) is welcoming applications for a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating with Italian chief Architects and capable of organizing the design teams schedule in our Tianjin office. The successful candidate is a Chinese architect fluent with spoken and written English, with at least 8 years experience working in the related industry. More specifically he/she would: - Be an experienced professional who continues to develop his skills and areas of expertise. - Be able to handle many different types of projects and types of work due to a strong generalist background. - Have a good understanding and handle of responsibilities and workflow within the studio. - Posses excellent technical skills, and strong personal initiative. His/her work will reflect a high quality of work and standards, innovation, flexibility and creativity in work and in developing solutions for client projects. - Continue to develop supervisory skills and be asked to provide guidance to more junior staff within studio. Compulsory requirements include: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Urban Design, Architecture or Planning. Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience successfully managing small teams. Knowledge of codes and regulations in the Chinese construction industry. Strong attention to details. Excellent organizational skills. Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. If interested please send your CV in English to v.delaurentiis@progettocmr.com and z.duan@progettocmr.com 高级建筑师Senior Architect (Beijing) Responsibilities: · Complete drafting assignments. · Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project. · Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. · Assist in the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. · Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy. · Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects. · Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects. Requirements: · Master Degree in Urban Design, Architecture or Bachelor degree in Urban Design or Architecture with 10-15 years of working experiences. Overseas educational background is preferable. · Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. · Ability to conduct research on Masterplanning-related, Building Design subjects independently. · Familiar with China laws and regulations about construction and architecture. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop · Experience working with 3D programs such as Studio Max, Sketch-up beneficial · Good hand drawing skills also beneficial. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills. · Native Mandarin speaker required.
