A commitment to quality design and sustainable solutions and the wish to create exceptional places is required in these roles. Strong design skills and experience in a variety of site planning and landscape design projects and a thorough understanding of delivery systems is necessary. With at least ten years experience, you will have excellent communication skills, thrive in team situations and be prepared to lead projects and build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for client liaison, writing bids, preparing project work plans, the management of project teams and reporting on programs. The position will also involve coaching, mentoring and skills development advice to junior team members. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and AutoCAD is required. English and Mandarin language skills are necessary. At least five years experience in a variety of master planning and urban design projects such as mixed-use, transit oriented, campus and residential projects is necessary.
