| "building culture" design company, Shenzhen is recruiting a Part-Time Researcher for China Sustainable Building Initiative (SBI) 工作内容及招聘要求： China SBI is an interdisciplinary project that supports sustainable building. We will offer products, services, and information about sustainable design & construction to developers, builders, designers, and owners throughout China. Our primary goal is to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact of new, small- to medium-scale buildings in rural and exurban areas (the majority of new buildings in China). We are seeking a self-motivated, highly talented, energetic person with at least three years' professional architectural design education to join our team. Responsibilities include internet & library research, 3D computer modeling & analysis, and graphic design/presentation. We require minimum 2 years' experience with AutoCAD; strong knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design programs; and fluency in English and Mandarin. Experience with Powerpoint, ArchiCAD, and Ecotect software as well as entrepreneurial business experience is desirable but not required. The successful applicant will help us research current building design and construction practices and markets throughout China, analyze the environmental performance of typical buildings, research new technologies and design strategies, and prepare marketing and promotional information.. 联系方式： Interested applicants should submit curriculum vitae in English and Chinese to ahlaiya@mac.com .
