Strong verbal and written language skills required. Project management experience is essential with strong leadership within team environment. Requirements include graphic representation, ACAD, Photoshop, Office package and related computer skills. Knowledge of Chinese interior material and construction practices. Fluent Mandarin-English skills required or Native English speaker Experience: over 5 years working experience Education: Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design or above Salary：RMB12000-18000 + bonus 2. Interior Designer Experience in large-scale, hospitality design. Requirements include graphic representation, AutoCAD, Photoshop INDESIGN and related computer skills. Strong verbal and written language skills required. Knowledge of Chinese interior material and construction practices and FF&E, material board making experience. Fluent Mandarin-English skills required. Experience: 3-5 years Education: Bachelors in Architecture or Interior Design. Salary: RMB6000 -10000 + bonus Basic requirements for above posts: -Proficiency in English, be able to communicate and cooperate with foreign architects/designers independently - Business traveling to HongKong, Macao and overseas - Familiar with Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Good communication skills, responsible, team work, stability and detail-oriented. - Prefer immediate start This is an excellent chance for those who are looking for challenge at large overseas projects.
